Love Dolls
Not sure if anyone else would have seen it but there is a new Justin Collins programme out, this week he is in Japan and visits a shop that sells love dolls. Well odd but the take the blow up doll to a whole new level!

Re: Love Dolls
I don't understand this, and I am pretty open to anything, what is the attraction?
if things are this bad surely it is better go to a hooker than a blow up doll, no matter how realistic?
some pervert might be able to explain? millhouse?

I have tried to grapple with this and can't get my head around it. If I was desperate enough to want to use a plastic blow up doll then I think I would head for the freezer and defrost some mince beef instead.

Re: Love Dolls
there is a BBC documentary about this...I'll see if I can find it.
these guys took their relationships with their dolls really serious...like they knocked on the bedroom door first cause the doll might be asleep...

Re: Love Dolls
the legal age for sex in Japan is 13, they think that selling these dolls that look like 13 year olds will reduce paedophilia

Reminded of Not the Nine O'Clock News sketch about an out-of-touch judge in a court hearing- can't find it on youtube but here's the transcript:
Counsel: This receipt is for the digital watch...
Judge: ...a digital watch? What on earth is a "digital watch"?
Counsel: Sorry m'lud. A digital watch is a watch worked by microelectronics.
Judge: Oh! How fascinating. Proceed.
Counsel: The next receipt is for an automatic video recorder...
Judge: ..."automatic video recorder"?
Counsel: Yes, I'm sorry m'lud. It's a machine that records television programmes on special tape.
Judge: Oh, how fascinating. What will they think of next? Proceed.
Counsel: Thank you m'lud. And finally, a receipt for a "deluxe model inflatable woman", whatever that is.
Judge: The Deluxe is the one with the real hair...
