you'd have to pay me to move back there now though

we will have to see if we can get Mitten into DESS before making any major decisions. Springs doesn't appeal to me either, rather be on the Lakes.

no we rent a year at a time, but pay with two cheques, we have to give 3 months notice to leave, so that will be put in at the end of March.
