Hey, Our team is looking for a coach

We are a Paintball team from Dubai, The team has players aged from 17-24, the team is also considered the best in the UAE , winning the UAE league and placing high in international leagues.
The team was the first sponsored team in the UAE to be sponsored by a paintball specific company, which opened the gateway for other teams to become sponsored.

we are looking for a male coach who is willing to give up a few hours each week to coach the team

now i know this is a 'odd' sport, but we will teach you everything we know about paintball, and give you info and resources so that you can learn more then us, to help us be even better then what we currently are, but really, no prior knowledge in coaching paintball is needed.

We are looking for a coach who can do all or most of the following
- be a hard ass
- Great knowledge in physical fitness (this isnt necessary)
- Good knowledge on drills to improve areas such as endurance and stamina
- willing to learn with the team
- give up a few hours each week to coach

All gear the coach will need will be provide by the team.

In malaysia,

the team what placed first in our division was a throw together of players from malaysia.
the team what placed second is a very very good team from Iran, i cant remember there name right now, but they do very well against Datis (the best team in iran)
