Not likely to get any for a while either!There seems to be less and less each day, another 200 went yesterday from Uk consultants with offices in Dubai and AD will there be any good news soon. Think it will take China and the USA to get their act together first

You could but it's very, very deep for a diver and no visible light would penetrate. Only a few people could do it as for SCUBA divers on heliox the limit is usually considered to be 700 feet IRRC.

However you could drag a sonar behind a boat around the lake and scout every inch, which has been done. Nothing unexpected was found in the way of monsters or lost civilisations .
