it's ok.. I had some cocoa pops left, so I have (only) just managed to get myself through it..

still have that bitter (lion bar cereal) taste in my mouth though..

I hate all those cereal bars, they are crap! I have just had a pineapple and strawberry smoothie :thumbup:
