That is a serious case of "back fat"
Kitty, surely by wearing a corset all the time you stop conciously pulling in your abs therefore losing the natural control.
I can see that they could help to "realign" your body by helping to improve your posture though.

Yes.Simple but painful,Gawd I hate lunges!
Honestly Kittyc 1, that whole concept, whole feel -it's horrible.
Yeuch-nylony plastic stuff. It's making me feel sick thinking about it.
I tried a pair of flight socks on a long haul recently and got a great work out putting them on in an economy seat.Jeezuz! No No No.
Ok I see the sales sense but I am not buying the science.(Well, I'm sorry- bit skewed there.DVT PPL need flight socks. Was making comparison re constricting materials like your products and flight socks-both p.i.a. to get on;one proven beneficial medically, the other vanity and sales driven)
Patsy knows more than me but I too wonder about abs and a strong core.
Alignment needs a strong core too .
If I didn't work out,my genetic profile is such that I'd be even more of a thunder thighs but I'd rather be that leper than wear any of that stuff-sorry.

Re: Lingerie question- Controlwear
Ok whether you wear it or not it is a billion dollar industry, and as I work for a lingerie company its a product we have to have, there are some products out in the market that are more comfortable than others but generally getting it on an be a bit of a wiggle/struggle. I take it noone would be interested in doing any wearer trials?
Thanks for all the replys anyway, not much help but I guess its opened Lionhearts knowledge to womens undies!
