Lettings agents, Springs

Hey guys looking for a 3M in Springs and need to start chatting to letting agents if I don't find one direct from a landlord which is always preferable. Anyone used a good agent in Dubai? Was in property for many years so know what a good agent looks like (yes, they do exist).

Have yet to find a decent agency to help me in my search - already experienced terrible service here so any recommendations welcome!! Cheers, DM. :fingerscrossed:
