No strip poker - the kids are always around LOL and it's bloody cold here just now - not taking my clothes off for anyone!

Re: Leaving your loved ones.
Thank you everyone for your replies.
We're not married and it's not like I'll be earning huge amounts of cash (not enough to support her and insurances and everything else that is needed).
I guess I'm going to need to sit down and have a good, long chat with her. It has been nice hearing how everyone else copes though

You have to fill in your time with as many things as you can do, especially the weekends, keeping busy is the easiest way of getting by.
Good Luck!

Hey amnesia,
Not an easy decision to make, but I always say trust your gut instinct!
If you fancy some female company (as a mate nothing saucy ( unless your hot)) then I'm still trying to meet people so would be happy to meet for a drink and listen to you sob your heart out ( but if you sob all night you pay for the drinks! ).
BTW I heard form the guy I was seeing back in the UK this week- seems he is missing me terribly! Took him long enough to realise! Men don't know what you've got til its gone.....

However, it's the best option for us just now. We talk every day on MSN or Skype, we text during the day, kids talk to him at least once a day. Keeping the communication going is the most important thing I think.
There are a lot of people in this region who are in similar situations - for some it works, for others it doesn't.
