get a cheap flight home and do it there spugs. then at least you'll have a valid driving license when you return to the UK.
if you do it in Dubai you'll get an indian or pakistani driving instructor who doesnt know how to drive himself and will fail you on your test because his company wants you to fork out for lessons.
