Hmm, I considered using Rosetta Stone, but I don't usually get on with their method. Let's be having a look then. Increasing language skills past asking where the toilet is and knowing some handy swear phrases is always of some use.

I do wish the BBC would unblock their Learning website though. You know, the one they have produced for the Global market only, insisting it wasn't anything to do with the License fee or other tax payers money.
Our kids (and us) need to find this stuff more easily (easier than they find pron anyhow)

I assumed a decent vee pee enn which offered multiple IP's to choose from might be preferable. Curiously, yank network sites normally have what I want to stream. As to the BBC learning website unavailable to UK residents, did you not hear about that 'service' supposedly financed and marketed to non-UK regions?
