I don't know Forever 21, but agree totally with your last sentance. I do buy a few bits & pieces from high street fashion stores. You can make cheap clothes look better with decent shoes & bag. One should never wear cheap shoes, apart from flip-flops.

and Forever 21 has a lot of crappy clothes, but some surprisingly good stuff but you need to be in the mood to search through the enormous amount they have.....and they are good if you need a not so common colour basic shirt to pimp up a dull outfit for a couple of dhs...
