I wouldn't eat Lebanese as I think places on Edgware Rd beat all the places here hands-down. That's my opinion. Would go to an Emirati place I went to about 20 kms from Al Ain that did the best rice and chicken/lamb I have ever tasted. Washed down with Vimto.

A bit of both. One at the restaurant and another out of a dark water bottle by the pool maybe?

As rancid as the idea of WKD blue and Port sounds, they are delicious.

I know what you mean.

It isn't that there aren't great Lebanese cooks in the UAE, it's that the quality of meat and produce is much better in the UK.

For my last meal in Dubai, probably something from Karama. Maybe Govindas or Manvaar or Calicut Paragon. Great Indian.

Last brunch would be Yalumba, for old time sakes. Some of the best food of any of the brunches.

I can't actually remember what my last meal was, 2 years ago. I don't suppose breakfast at the Y counts, does it.

Probably one of those nasty sounding green smoothies you seemed to live on.

It's really sad because this is what I am facing so have decided its going to have to be a daily leaving meal for the next few weeks - Stops offs include - PF Changs, German Doner Kebab shop, Shwarma Station, Beachcombers, Al Hambra, Dhow and Anchor and finally any Lebanese in close vicinity. I am so going to miss the food choice and quality dining here - from fast food to fine dining I love it all. Sob sob.
