Last man / woman on earth

Re: Last man / woman on earth
If not for the nuclear thing I could last a while and despite being frightfully unsociable even I would miss people - eventually. (Who would I argue with? ) I'd definitely miss animals.
Maybe I'd spend a few weeks happily monged on booze and whatever can be liberated from a pharmacy.

I'm fully up to date on the series now.
Nah, people are more resilient than this and able to find food, secure shelter and water etc etc.
The problems would very quickly be psychological and if no other human interaction I think a month or two would be realistic for people staying sane.

Wait a second... so there wouldn't even be any animals in this scenario? I thought it was just being the last man/woman on earth rather than last living being?
Otherwise I would crack out a boxset of Bear Grylls and start embracing my hunter/gatherer persona!

According to the TV show there is nothing left alive, no animal, no birds.

They'd thrive and have moved forward 200 hundred years
I'd last minutes as a veganegetarianism person.
