I think that should be the subject of this post, for guys and gals...
Is shagging a prostitute (male or female) worse than having an affair??
Prostitute - purely a business transaction, no love between either and, chances are near as damn nil (excepting 'Pretty Woman' type situations..!!) no chance of losing your OH but very good chance of STD's etc...
Affair - lesser chance of STD's (probably!!) but their is the mental anguish of betrayal to a greater extent.
Guys and Gals, I await your thoughts......

I am not saying either are right....
Lets also throw in the reasonably regular occurence of some Southern baptist preacher being found to be having a homosexual relationship.... Would that be worse or easier to handle as the OH than a heterosexual affair???

I reckon Mrs Spitzer would be up for it at the moment.
On the thing about prostitutes, I'm guessing that shagging rarely comes into it..... for most men, it's the thrill and excitement that makes the experience so irresistible........
...... which is just as well, because I have a strong suspicion that most men who visit whores do not..... er....... rise to the occasion..........

Like you said,as far as she is concerned its buisness only.She has a good reason for doing what she does,whereas he comes out of it looking like a twat.I would imagine the majority of women doing this for a living are going to make sure that they are careful when it comes to STD'S...like I said ,its their living on the line....unless your husband has picked up a crack addict off the street!
