Good old Mace. The contractor, the subcontractors, the consultants, the employer and any man walking his dog outside the site should expect to be swamped in contractual letters from this point on.
All parties will now have to hire teams of letter writers to deal with the 'value' added to the project. They will need another building this size to store the correspondence.

Mace recruiters don't get on your high horse

Actual foundation depth I maybe 8-10 metres depending on the structural system.
Depth below ground of the foundations could be anything from zero to the depth mentioned, as it is a function of the design (is there a car park etc) and the bearing capacity of the soil/rock. So it could just as easily sit on ground level as down a big hole.

Are they bad for that?

So most consultants do that sort of thing when going in cheap.

Can you see much success against bin Ladin though? They're part of the owning company and contractor!

Not as aggressively as Mace ,plus they will try take a cut of any savings they make through counter charges against subbies and so called value engineering (replacing materials with cheaper alternatives)

In my experience Mace are by far the worst, they pulled a few shoddy stunts on me also for a tender of building in KAFD Riyadh, a 400m tower that's being built just now.
We are reluctant to work or tender on anything they are involved in to be honest.
Them and DAR Al Handasah are two we actively avoid.
