my ex had 34 F's and after the novelty wore of, they were just a bit too big. Caused her an awful lot of grief also with back pains and basically a lack of nice clothes that didnt make her look too 'busty' (as if that was possible)
I believe now she has had a reduction..

I guess if a woman wants implants to make her feel better about herself then that is ok. If she does it to please others then that is where i think its a bit wrong..

Both are used. I think the latter have been improved to avoid leakage. A google search might shed light on the subject !

Quite agree but then loads of people have nose jobs and various cosmetic surgery these days. If you are a right minger surely you have the right to look good. It will always be for other people in some respect unless you live in a cave......
