Sadly - and for some bizarre reason I cannot explain - whenever I think of the 1980s I think of Heysel and Hillsborough.........

Smash Hits magazine and recording the top 40 of a sunday afternoon onto cassette tape and listening to it all week. And of course Top of the Pops- I think they should bring that back.

I also remember my street emptying and everybody racing inside to watch 'The A Team' and 'Knightrider' on the 4 channel tv.
