Kebab-alab-a-ding-dong

There's a kebab place opened up in Disco Gardens, never been as I have had a bite of kebab once and thought it was stinky, vile filth.

BUT....went in last night after footy and had a chicken kebab, in naan bread with loads of salad and stuff and was truly amazing, they also do some of the best chips I've had over here.

AED 30 for the lot, won't mention the name as it may be seen as advertising but if you're into that I'd get over there, it's the business.

aye just next to the supermarkets, it's always busy, you can sit in there - honest it's bloody great.

I can;t wait to be hungover again so I can order.

How did you manage to live in Dubai for three years and only have a kebab once?

You misunderstand.

I've only had a kebab once in my life.

That sounds like what Spugsy is describing...except possibly bigger and in naan bread instead of Arabic bread. My boss swears by that British Indian curry house in Tecom...Brick Road or Brick Lane?

I'm not talking about it.

I do make my own low fat ones but when I order I want a proper massive badboy one.

We order from Brick Lane about once a month. Proper British style curries, friendly staff who are from the UK so actually listen and understand. They do a set menu which is good value, but you can swap around the curries at no extra cost. Recommended.
