Well, they would be called that if they took their surname from the plc they work for. The fact that they're sat in a call centre in darkest Mumbai rather suggests that Barclays have given them artificial names to make the punters feel at home. 'king useless the pair of them... WTF do Barclays takes us for?:banghead:
