JUST what Dubai needs...... a new development

Dubai's Ruler Sheikh Mohammed Set to Build $60 Billion New City

(Bloomberg) -- Dubai's ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al-Maktoum plans to build a $60 billion city in his name in the emirate's desert.
The project, designed by architect Eric Kuhne of London-based CivicArts, will be developed by Dubai Properties, a unit of Sheikh Mohammed's Dubai Holding LLC, according to a press release distributed by PRNewswire. The city will cover 800 million square feet and will include residential, commercial, educational and tourism elements.
So.... a completely original concept then..........
