JLT Fire?
Can see smoke from my office window. Down by Almas somewhere. Black smoke been pouring out for age.
Assume this is why SZR southbound was gridlocked from the Gloria onwards?
Anyone seen/know anything? Hope it's not serious.

Just the flare stack flaring. I imagine all the emergency vehicles were for the crashes near IBM.

I just caught the tail end of the chaos this morning heading towards AD (that's Abu Dhabi), apparently a couple of accidents--some people stuck for over an hour. Hope the accidents only involved those who deserved it...

I sat from 500yds before the Gloria until the flyover for JLT. That took about 30 minutes to do probably 1km.

You're welcome. Actually I was going to say, "Sorry, Scamp" but, TBH, didn't feel quite namby-pamby enough, aving been stuck on SZR AD-bound in my VW with my FLU near IBM and JAFZA because of an RTA caused by DRAMA, LADY GAGA-like. Like. AARGH.
