JBR / Marina Traffic
 

It's been several years since I lived in Dubai but last time I lived in JBR was pre-tram.

What's JBR traffic like these days? I've tried to do some research but all the internet whinges are from a few years ago. Appreciate The Walk is pretty much always bad but I'm talking the Marina side road (and car park entrances).

Value for money seems good in terms of size compared to some of the rubbish in the Marina that's up for rent.

Also, any tips on which blocks for ease of access would be appreciated. I've been in Sadaf and Bahar and both were great at the time.

You can check google maps and select the specific area you want to see the traffic situations, the color would show the current scenario of the traffic, the blue is for no traffic, green is for slow but moving traffic and red for full traffic.
