Well it actually turned out quite ok, admittely a fresh sauce would have tasted nicer but on the whole not bad, so on Monday I am going to have a go at fresh fish with vegetables and also plan to get out my Jamie Oliver Cookbook that I was bought 4 years ago and has never been opened (just for some inspiration).

My family flew home yesterday so I spent the afternoon cooking the biggest pot of pasta, with vegetables and spicy sausages.
Made up 5 servings which have already been plated, covered and in the fridge.
Also there was enough to fill 5 small tupperwares for my lunches.
Nothing like variety eh??
That's my food taken care of till I fly home thu night lol.
Ps my wife would never allow me to keep a meal in the fridge for 5 days!!--oh the things you can get away with when the boss is away!!!
