So let me respond by suggesting that Islam be banned because it makes men fly hijacked planes into skyscrapers and kill thousands of innocent people (which is a FACT).

If you're about to respond by pointing out that the actions of a minority of warped individuals are not representative and should not be a reason to ban something so beneficial for the vast majority, then I think you might finally get my point regarding alcohol.
