IPTV
Just waiting for my new Android box to arrive, and looking for some recommendations for provider.
PM's would be preferable, for obvious reasons..

Re: IPTV
Send it back, get Apple TV.
Barely turned my dodgy box on since I've had the Apple TV unit running through VPN

Re: IPTV
i have an AppleTV, and I have a new Android box. I’m just looking for the ‘easiest’ way to access Sky, Auntie Beeb, ITV etc. and if it comes with VOD access and plenty of movie / sport access, even better.
Recommendations?

Re: IPTV
Still have the dodgy box that doesn't need a VPN and gives me all the UK channels, Sky, catch up, films, series etc etc. Just barely touch it now as the AppleTV with netflix, amazon prime and all the other UK terrestrial stuff is fantastic.

Re: IPTV
I'd say put the VPN on the Router itself. Keep another old router plugged in that isnt on VPN. That way you can connect to the normal router most of the time for your phone etc (it's quicker), and you can quickly connect to the VPN router's wifi when you need to access BBC or make whatsap calls.
I have an Android TV box with the BBC iPlayer app on it and it works absolutely perfectly. Full quality for live TV and all the catchup. For anything non BBC I use the KODI app on the same box, or PopcornTime also on the same box.
I'm on Etisalat with a 20MB connection - which is fast enough for full quality HD streaming so long as you're not downloading on another device at the same time.

So, finally got around to plugging it in.
Modbro has kept me happily topped up with both US & UK stuff.
Any other recommendations?
