Internet Cafes in Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi
Hi guys - anyone know where there is one ? Just been told we are not going to have any internet in our tower block till 2009 !! Thanks, Foxes

You get free wireless in Starbucks Khalidya and Al Whada
There are cafes in Madinet Zayed( 2nd bet 7& 9 which is walkable ) if you are without hardware. HTH

In Khaldiya,
Almost every cafae got either an etisalat hot spot, where you can connect using your mobile phone, follow the instructions very easy to follow, or any odd cafae where some have free wireless.
Also new to most of you, eitsalat hooked up free internet beside the Adco residence, they are testing it out so not very reliable at the moment, but alas its free

Starbucks is not free you have to buy a blue etisalat pre paid card (20dhs per hour ) from Arbella or co op. You then take your laptop to starbucks connect to wireless and follow the online instructions. Take your mobile too as a text message gets sent to it with your access code.
You'll be right girl-'bin a while since I was at Starbucks.
I defo got connected for free
maybe wasn't the wayit was meant to happen
