A bit frivolous but what about when people online insult your character or professional standing? In other mediums that sort of thing is called slander and is a very real crime that can have negative effects on your reputation and business.

Anyone who can't take a jibe like "skank" though is a bit sensitive...then again we are all different and what is a joke to one causes pain to another. Still it doesn't belong in court really...it's not like her job or reputation were at stake.
