Incredible Photos

These seem to be the pick of the bunch. The little boy getting tested for radiation exposure is brilliant. Sorry, unable to put these on the Japanese Tsunami thread because of the usual Network Error problem:thumbdown:

What puzzles me is the way none of the TV stations has dared predict how many people have died in the catastrophe. My boss lived through 9/11 when they were reporting only a handful of deaths more than a day after the event. He reckons that there could be over 100,000 dead in Japan. My guestimate is nearer 25,000 but it will certainly be a very large number.

I read somewhere that there is 10,000 missing from one Village alone, it is just horrific

That was out of a total population of 18,000 so just imagine what it may be like in Sondei, which has a population of over 1 million.
