Ok, this is pretty disgusting... but aside from the 3 times a week incest, the kid is born to a surrogate and the 72 year old 'mother' will be dead soon enough. Phil will bring the kid up as a single parent and the kid will never have any memories of 'mum' - not like he's going to have to explain in the playground that is nan is his mum and face serious stick.
