Im falling apart

Ok so I still have a sore arse but now also have a trapped nerve in my shoulder, I'm moaning and groaning and twitching like I'm having a seizure- it is not good! :( If I start foaming at the mouth then please just have me put down! :thumbdown:

How do you fix a trapped nerve?
