If a plane holds an average of say 400 people, that's 1,000 flights.....

Most of them will just drive the 30 yo Caprice over the border.. Hopefully the cars won't make it as far as DXB..

Hmm. I've had to forget about going to my best friend's wedding in April. I can't justify spending nearly half my month's wages for a five day trip back to the UK. Easter hols and local school holidays have pushed the price of some flights up as high as £1,200 in economy to Manchester. And that's before you even start considering things like transport, nights out etc :(
