Whilst not wishing to appear rude (as if I could), you say you are working in Australia so why don't you try out your English on the Aussie Forum? You might find others in a similar linguistic predicament with a propensity to be more verbose than us. Comprendez?

Dubai is 4 hours ahead of UK GMT
Therefore it's eaxctly 12 hours difference.
(So midday Dubai is midnight PST etc).
Can you work it out now?

I personally think 'Need to Learn' is a wind up and a phantom usual BE poster, I could be wrong, it wouldnt be the first time, but no-one in their right mind would this site to improve their English....isnt that what colleges / night schools are for ?

15. Creating multiple usernames is not allowed. If you have a legitimate reason to create a second username, maybe another household member joining, then you should contact the administrators. Anybody found with multiple member names will have their posting privileges removed and all associated member names will be deleted.
