My friend has actually had quite a a good hit rate via random trolling on Facebook. He narrows his search to the UAE and pings multiple women. His thought process is if he pings enough women, one will eventually ping him back, and by jingo, that's exactly what happens.
He probably gets one or two shags a month out of the above method.
