Our car insurance is with AXA and they provide a free car breakdown service. Have twice had punctures, once on Emirates Rd and once outside hubby's office. Both times they came out and did the job nicely.

You know, I've always thought that things like this should be taught in school - changing the tyre on a car, changing a plug, etc, etc...!

No no.... That kinda letter would have had GN phoning the dealer and asking if this is the type of service they provide, and then the dealer would have sent out someone to do it for him....
