Again, this place has limits but you keep yourself to yourself and you are fine.

We have parties at my house, surrounded by locals and we don't have problems - in fact several locals will attend them..

You need to get an alcohol licence to buy (sometimes...!), transport and have alcohol in your house. You also, technically, need it to drink in hotels etc, if you are a resident. Its along the same lines as you guys with your guns. You can have one, you do need a licence to have it legally....
