I was going to order a chinese take away .....
.... 2 starters, 3 main courses, 1 rice, 1 noodles and a side order of bok choy, when I added it up it was going to be 612dhs!! FFS!!!! over 100 pounds for a take away for 2 people???.... I made omelettes!!

Soy in JBR is pretty good, but they are actually a sister company to the Royal Orchid in the Marina (deliveries have come in Royal Orchid bags before and it's the same menu)... around 50AED for a main.

I am keeping my mouth firmly shut, having just enjoyed a delicious Chinese seafood dinner at Dhs65 per head, including rock lobster...not Al Barsha, needless to say.
