I also just noticed that on the last one they tried to give me by whatsapp that it says "towhouse" and not "townhouse". I'm not sure I can accept such a material error when they bring it over to me at 3.

Somewhat disappointed - the receipt they managed to prepare had fixed the typo. I was so looking forward to sending them back as the traffic is building up between here and their office.

I think the poor sod who showed you around will end up paying for it, not with money, but 'ass is grass' time to his asshole CEO at the end of the day. Although to be brutally honest, I would ask all my sales staff to be upfront of the price and their commission BEFORE they venture into any potential sales.
