Actually travelled there!!!! There are instances of people travelling to Nigeria and most likely being let through a locked fence by security to be kidnapped and held whilst their cash card is leeched and then they are never found again!


Incidentally, there's a piece on TheRegister where a guy looks into it and found that 419er contact containing "Nigeria" were the most likely to work........

so there was one idiot who got conned for 500k$ but there were 2 more idiots who actually flew in to meet him again AFTER the con to try and con more money out of him??

Greed I would agree but stupidity is not a trait I atribute to Gulf Arabs; they are quite shrewd and cunning.

I am just floored that a Gulf Arab would fall for the Nigerian scam.
