For Eastern Bolivia, Paraguay and south west Brazil contact Todo Acero in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. In Argentina there are branches of Ciudad de las Barandillas in Buenos Aires, Cordoba and Mendoza. Punta Arenas and Ushuaia sometimes have some good second hand ones off old cruise ships. Avoid Cuban stuff as it's just polished-up Iranian re-bar. I used to have the number of a bloke in Honduras who does them as well but I think he's now retired.
