It's always amazed me that the locals can turn the shitter into something resembling a flood of Biblical proportions, yet emerge from the cubicle without a drop on their clothes

Hose and paper.

It's not that old habits die hard. It's that no matter how much I clean with the hose, there's always that little bit left that won't get cleaned up without the paper. ;)

It took me a while and a lot of gin to discover this thread has something to do with hosiery and willies.

Nothing out of the ordinary for these forums but I do feel we should be talking about kebabs and immigration really.

Toilet paper- a small amount- to dry the area.

Before eating, would you clean your hands with just tissue paper?
Or would you prefer water?

If tissue paper alone isn't enough to get outdoor germs (door handles, money, llama sweat) off your hands, how can it be good enough to get **** off your ****?

Even in the Army I carried toilet paper for when I needed to do what bears do in the wood. Military style obviously, 3 sheets, 1 for up, 1 for down and 1 to polish. Nothing has changed to this day, I find the hose disgusting and turn the tap off in the one I have at work...........

It's the filthy germ ridden puddle left as a present for the next occupant that I find disgusting. It doesn't work in a public toilet situation but like most things in the region, I guess they work on the basis that someone else will clean it all up for them, so why should they care.

Yeah, coz public toilets are only dodgy here, right?
a public toilet is a public toilet. There are no puddles in the toilets in anyone's house though.

Anyway, stepping in a puddle never hurt anyone.
