Business for me is intermittent - in general when times are like this we switch from investing in equity to debt. As I'm the equity person, I find myself with more time on my hands.
Still, got a great deal that I'm currently working on right now. Bit of a distressed sale too which helps. All the other PE people I know say the same. |

We got paid last Tuesday, the last day of Ramadan, from the government, to say i was amazed would be an understatement.

Won two nice tenders in Qatar last week. Approx value around 40MM QAR. Not too bad. Must admit we were a bit surprised as Doha has been cancelling everything left and right not connected to the WC or LR&DP.
AD remains deader than Death Valley on the hottest day of the year. On a more positive note there is a slight chance I won't get relocated to Qatar later this year :fingerscrossed: |
