It is possible to bulk up and strip a large amount of body fat in 12 weeks. However the story of 12 weeks from before to after does seem a bit far fetched.

You will be surprised what a good workout and carb cycling does. I have done it myself a couple of years ago but unfortunately have got a little out of shape since I got married.

I am planning to re start after Ramadan. ;)

Any websites , instructional videos or books you would recommend for getting buff , toned and ripped in a short time? I am slender and want to bulk up , and lose my tummy.:fingerscrossed:

If you read the guy's facebook page, he says it took him years not 12 weeks. Usual DM sensationalist nonsense.

Possible in 3 months? Yes but it would require total adherence to a plan and multiple approaches, so say a keto genic diet, high intensity exercise, cold exposure and probably some supplementation to assist like creatine, thermogenics etc.

Perfectly possible is 6 months on any low carb plan and exercise. He wasn't that big to start with.

Well that would make sense. Good old DM making a mountain out of a molehill:sneaky:

I have a high protein (tuna)diet, that is low on fat and carbs. So to bulk up in say 3 months or 6 months , what should I eat?

Does Creatine help/work ? Anything else out there that is a replacement for Creatine? What other Shakes or Powdered formula do guys wanting to bulk up consume?

I might be wrong here, but I suspect that you might have to actually do some hard work rather as well.

I found creatine helps create bulk in your muscles* but definitely doesn't help strength; if anything the opposite, slightly.

Only when you're actually exercising, otherwise you're just creating expensive urine.

There are other, smellier, side-effects as well

Carb cycling and High Intensity Interval Training will absolutely strip bodyfat. Works wonders. But requires discipline.

I don't have bodyfat and am slender so don't have a weight issue. I need to bulk up with muscles.
