It is finished and is amazing the finishing on the villa is second to none and you would not have a hassle with the landlord wanting it for personal use as he lives in Al Mizhar and has a compund of 16 villas plus this one of 7

it depends whether the landlord will allow them.
Officially it is illegal as such areas are for families only. many people do it though.
