Default Home Sweet Home

No guys and gals, I am not going home yet but here is another good reason why I intend staying here just a little while longer.

There is absolutely nothing cute about spiders. I used to live next to a river/stream in the UK and my garden was full of the nasty things.

Lots of the skinny long legged ones were in my Abu Dhabi apartments; always gently gathered them up and deposited them outside on the balcony.

I only kill flies and mosquitoes .

My father was an Arachnologist so I grew up with all sorts of spiders. He had a Mexican Red Knee spider called Matilda...he used to let it out for walks without telling us, it was very disconcerting to discover this near your shoulder when you were watching Tv!!
