Does anyone know when the Amnesty on the working from home thing is up?

There's no amnesty to my knowledge. Just a chance of 90 days in the UK being discounted if you meet strict conditions relating to COVID?

there’s not really an amnesty. You don’t have to pay income tax in the Uk if your work location was restricted due to COVID (and you must have proof you couldn’t fly back eg refused permission to enter), and you remote work for your overseas job.

however, there’s no amnesty on the tax residency status, and if you spend more than ?90 days you will be Uk tax resident.

best you talk to a proper accountant
