In hindsight, what would you like to be doing for a living?

In hindsight, what would you like to be doing for a living?
Following on from an earlier thread, what would you like to have chosen for a career?
I'm still not 100% sure but will let you know when I grow up
One option would be writing of some sort, but I am now lucky enough to have a couple of freelance writing jobs, albeit about personal finance. I'd have prefered something a little more artistic, so maybe a writer of cookbooks, as that encompasses several of my interests - writing, cooking & photography.
You?

Michael Palin's career to date would do me just fine.

I actually really love my job, and could move into other fashion related areas if I wanted to. As a kid I always wanted to be a vet and I still love fluffies so part of me would have loved to work with animals, or in conservation of some description. Still time yet though. Your average adult in the Uk now has 3 -4 career paths during their lifetime.
I do have a book in me as well so at some point need to get that done.

Wanted to be a stuntman, wish I'd pursued a singing career a bit harder.

I'd love to work on one of the makeup counters or a handbag section in a fancy dept store. It just seems such an easy stress free way to earn a living
