Hi ho hi ho it's off to Malaysia I go .....

Well that is if I manage to get ringgits! They are near impossible to get at the foreign exchanges in Dubai! Has any body been - any recommendations? I fly out Sunday!

Can you not just use your atm card to withdraw local currency while you are there?

ah great, now ive that whistling tune stuck in me head :D
and if it is just small amounts that you need then the ATM withdrawls wont hurt too much but for large amounts they will cost a lot as the wanks (w=b) are usually working at 10-15% below the current market exchange rate

Nice country. Has a lot to offer. Langkawi is well worth a shout as a place to go.
