It looks like I will be heading to AD sometime soon. I've been back in Blighty for a while. Its been nice but I'm very excited about coming back to the ME. Also quite excited about not having to go back to Doha.

Thanks very much. The main question I have at the moment is how much is a serviced apartment in a nice hotel likely to cost me? I have zero intention of getting my own place at the moment. I realise a lot of this will happen on the ground when I get there, but thought I'd ask anyway.

At one point my entire social life was AOL and then AIM messenger. My hubby at the time worked ridiculous hours and my son was young so I didn't get out much.

A studio is around AED9,000-10k all in. I was looking into this myself.
