Help needed regarding driving licence in Abu Dhabi

Good afternoon everyone

I am trying to establish if you can transfer a UK driving licence to a Dubai one if you have a Abu Dhabi residence visa however reside in Dubai

yes now you can i believe go to abu dhabi or dubai to register a car and do a drivers licence. but you may need extra paperwork
