Help needed re' Service Charge increase.
As you probably know, the residents of JBR in Dubai have recently been hit with an AED 12.25 increase in the service charge which takes the new rate to AED 21.75 per square foot.
The JBR residents association would like to know the rates that are being paid by property owners in other developments.
It would be really helpful if you could assist by posting the amount of service charge you are currently paying in your development. Was the rate recently increased, and if so, by how much?

they must be charging extra to pay for servicing the car parks they built on the beaches
